Lettering with Heart: Custom artwork for Trey Songz’s Angels With Heart Foundation.

We partnered with Trey Songz’s Angels With Heart Foundation to create custom T-shirt artwork for community outreach efforts. Established in 2010, the foundation is focused on giving back through service that supports children and underserved communities, with the help of Trey and his wider community of supporters.

For this project, we created hand-lettered messaging for volunteer T-shirts. The goal was to develop artwork that felt expressive and impactful, while staying rooted in the spirit of the foundation’s mission.

The final shirts were worn by Trey, the foundation team, and volunteers during a Hashtag Lunchbag event, where bagged lunches were packed and distributed to those in need. Seeing the work out in the world, worn by a full crew and tied directly to hands-on community action, was a powerful reminder that design can do more than promote. It can participate.
We’re proud to have played a small role in supporting a foundation built around showing up, giving back, and turning visibility into action.
